My goal as a photographer is to highlight your unique personal style while capturing images that evoke emotion. I have a fine art photojournalism style and aim to put you at ease while having fun at the same time. To me, life is a grand story unfolding and I get to tell my part of it through images.

I specialize in senior potraits, actor and buisness headshots, bridal, and engagement photos. I shoot weddings all over Oregon and California including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Fransisco, Portland, Salem, Eugene, Canon Beach, and Hood river, to name a few. I travel regularly for bookings up and down the west coast and am available for destination weddings.

It’s been a while since I’ve been able to post a senior portrait session, which makes me sad! I love photographing high school seniors, and I’m so very excited that Senior Portrait season is finally starting back up again. Kyungla kicked of my season last week, which will be shortly followed by all my senior rep sessions in May. Side Note – I still have a few slots open for class of 2011 Senior Reps! Senior Reps get a free Lauren Hurt Seniors photo shoot and much more when they refer their friends. Use the contact form if you or someone you know would be interested, I only take a limited number of Seniors from each High School, so hurry up if you still want to get in!

In the mean time, I’ll introduce Kyungla! She is a senior at Western Mennonite School outside of Salem. We had so much fun trekking around Corvallis, dodging the rain and laughing a lot. Hope you enjoy!
